OTTAWA – OSF Medical Group Center for Health in Streator is pleased announced that Jeanette Mosley, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), has joined the Family Medicine care team of Dr. Tariq Khan, Joan Luckey, APRN, Arika Safranski, APRN, and Dr. Mark Wargo.
Mosley makes it a priority to incorporate each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual health to form an individualized care plan. She strives to work as a team with each patient to create and maintain goals for health and wellness.
Mosley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Science in Nursing from OSF Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria.
Mosley has joined the Family Medicine care team at 111 Spring Street in Streator.
